New York TMJ & Orofacial Pain does not participate in medical insurance networks. Consultation, diagnostic and treatment fees are paid directly at the time of service. Fees are communicated prior to your visit so that there will be no surprises or embarrassing encounters.
However, if your policy allows you to go out-of-network, we will provide you with the appropriate diagnostic and treatment codes on a superbill you can then submit to your insurance carrier. Any necessary supporting documents, letters of medical necessity, or pre-authorization requests will be done in a prompt and comprehensive fashion to assist you in reimbursement.
